21+ Only. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on the tajir4 Platform. Creating an Account on behalf of a minor is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on tajir4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
tajir4 reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any point. If you are unable to verify your age upon request, your Account will be suspended until verification is successfully completed. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be voided if it is subsequently established that you were under 21 at the time of play.
To access the full range of Services offered by tajir4, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following terms govern the creation and use of your Account:
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the tajir4 Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using the credentials of another individual — is strictly prohibited. tajir4 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and void any associated transactions or winnings without prior notice.
You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. tajir4 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a User. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. tajir4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify tajir4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
All Accounts on tajir4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR, Rp). You may not switch your Account currency after registration. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals will be processed in IDR.
Before processing any withdrawal re quest, tajir4 is required to verify your identity in accordance with internationally accepted Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. This process protects both Users and the integrity of the Platform.
You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC review is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission. Withdrawals will be placed on hold during this period. tajir4 will notify you by email once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and funds returned to your Account Balance. Repeated failure to verify may result in Account suspension.
tajir4 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account reviewed for potential suspension.
tajir4 currently supports the following deposit channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Deposits via supported e-wallets and most bank transfers are credited to your Account in real time or within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases involving manual bank-transfer processing outside business hours, crediting may take up to 60 minutes. tajir4 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform. tajir4 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and may request supporting documentation before crediting unusually large amounts.
Funds deposited into tajir4 are held exclusively for gaming purposes. tajir4 accounts are not bank accounts and do not accrue interest. You should not deposit more than you can afford to lose.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. tajir4 enforces a strict same-name withdrawal policy: the receiving bank account or e-wallet must be registered in the same name as the tajir4 Account holder.
Standard withdrawal processing times from the moment of approval are as follows:
All processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. All times are referenced in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7).
tajir4 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside tajir4's control and are the User's responsibility.
tajir4 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit-match promotions, free-bet allocations, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 finals, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the applicable promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
Not all game types contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports-betting wagers, live casino bets, slot game spins, and togel plays may contribute at different rates. Bets placed on certain restricted markets or at odds below a specified minimum may not count toward wagering requirements.
All bets and game rounds placed through the tajir4 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and sport- or game-specific rules, the sport- or game-specific rules take precedence.
A bet is only valid and binding once you have received a confirmation reference number from the Platform. tajir4 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects an error in odds, systems malfunction, or fraudulent activity. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, a technical glitch displaying wrong odds, or a human-input error — tajir4 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account Balance. tajir4 is not obligated to honor bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In general, void bets will have the original stake returned to the User's Balance. tajir4's decision on the settlement of disputed bets is final.

All content on the tajir4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of tajir4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without tajir4's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of tajir4's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tajir4 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tajir4 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
tajir4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach, any verified Balance remaining after the satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to the User via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where fraud is confirmed, tajir4 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds in the Account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. tajir4 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and maintains compliance with the regulatory framework under which it holds its operating license.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tajir4's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by a recognized international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable local law. If you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gaming is subject to local legal restrictions and that you access and use the Platform at your own legal risk and responsibility.
